These terms govern your use of the Android app Twistlet: Short Drama & Reels, package ID com.twistlet.shortdrama, and its website at twistlet.proai-tech.com. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Twistlet, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to use online services in your country. Some stories include mature themes such as romance, conflict, or violence. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Twistlet only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. The service
Twistlet lets you browse and stream short dramas without an account. Content is delivered by third-party catalog and media providers. The catalog, episode order, captions, rankings, and features may change or be removed at any time, and some content may not be available in every region.
Streaming requires an internet connection. Your mobile carrier may charge for data. The app adjusts video quality to your connection, so picture quality can vary.
4. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Twistlet on Android devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the Google Play terms.
5. Acceptable use
When using the app, you agree not to:
- Copy, record, download, redistribute, sell, or publicly perform content, except through features the app provides.
- Scrape the catalog or access the service with bots, scripts, or other automated means.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or repackage the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Bypass, block, or tamper with ads, episode locks, rewards, or security checks.
- Generate invalid ad activity, for example by using emulators, click farms, or scripts to earn rewards.
- Use the app in a way that is unlawful, harms other people, or disrupts the service.
6. Ads and episode rewards
Twistlet is free and funded by ads. Some episodes, usually the first episode of a drama, can be watched without an ad. Other episodes may require a rewarded interstitial ad served by Google Mobile Ads.
- Before the ad starts, the app tells you which episode it unlocks and gives you a Skip ad option.
- An episode unlocks only after the ad network confirms you earned the reward. Closing the ad early does not unlock it.
- If no ad is available, the app may let you watch the episode anyway.
- Unlocked episodes are stored only on this device. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged, and are lost if you clear local data or uninstall the app.
- We may change which episodes require an ad, or how rewards work, at any time.
Ads are provided by third parties. We do not endorse advertised products, and your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.
7. Content and intellectual property
Dramas, images, captions, and related materials belong to their respective owners and are made available under license. The Twistlet name, logo, and app design belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to use them, except for the license described above.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, contact us through the developer email on the Twistlet Google Play listing with the subject “Twistlet Copyright Notice”. Include the work you own, the drama title and episode, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
8. Third-party services
The app relies on third-party services such as Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, and content-delivery providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the app and the choices you have.
10. Disclaimers
Twistlet is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any particular content will remain available. Opinions expressed in content belong to its creators.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, rewards, or unlocked episodes, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access, or block requests from your device, if you breach these terms or if we need to protect the service, its users, or our partners. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, our partners, or the law change. The latest revision date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the Google Play listing. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
